IFSTA and ATS have collaborated for many years in developing multimedia content for ATS products. IFSTA/FPP editors and committee members often serve as subject matter experts for
ATS content. ATS programs provide full motion video demonstrations of job skills and teach to the same standards as IFSTA-validated manuals published by FPP.
Since adding EMS training to our training library in 2012, we have worked with Brady/Pearson Education as subject matter experts, to develop 3 EMS series as well as a customized version of the industry standard Emergency Medical Responder: First on Scene manual. Their subject matter experts have been a great resource to assure accuracy in our training programs.
Action Training Systems has expanded their training library to include manuals and other supplemental training products from the Public Safety Group, A division of Jones & Bartlett Learning. These training materials are available individually or as part of comprehensive training packages that include supporting products from Action Training Systems to increase learner competency.
