The 23-title series presents many of the skills and prerequisite knowledge in NFPA© 1001: Standard for Professional Firefighter Qualifications and/or the new consolidated standard NFPA© 1010: Chapter 6. Titles include information on responder wellness and mental health and on-the-job recommendations for limiting cancer risk. Also presented are fire behavior and fire control, the use of transitional attacks, tactics for basement fires, and the use of master streams for exposure control. Skills demonstrations include the use of fire streams, ladders, knots, and forcible entry techniques. Also available are PowerPoint presentations, and Facilitator Guides for each title.
