All ATS Online orders received during normal business hours; Monday – Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Pacific Time, are typically processed within 2 hours. Orders received after business hours, weekends, and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Online Interactive Courses feature the same engaging video but include teaching, testing, and tracking delivered through our LMS. When questions are answered incorrectly the program stops, backs up, and replays the information. This formative assessment tool confirms understanding and challenges the student. Courses average 1 hour in length. This model is intended for fire departments, EMS organizations, and facility fire brigades that train their own employees.
