Inside Sales Representative –
Action Training Systems is looking for an experienced inside sales representative with a proven track record, with an emphasis on outbound calls to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated inside sales representative to sell industry-leading multimedia training for emergency responders.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to closing
- Work and consult with existing accounts in our extensive database
- Work leads provided through our marketing efforts
- Prospect for new accounts
- Help maintain our CRM database
- Provide ideas or input during meetings
Required skills:
- Knowledgeable with the entire sales process
- Comfortable and professional on the phone
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experienced with Salesforce or HubSpot
- Willing to rapidly grow your product and industry knowledge
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to self-manage and handle multiple detailed sales tasks
