Inside Sales Representative –

Action Training Systems is looking for an experienced inside sales representative with a proven track record, with an emphasis on outbound calls to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated inside sales representative to sell industry-leading multimedia training for emergency responders.


  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to closing
  • Work and consult with existing accounts in our extensive database
  • Work leads provided through our marketing efforts
  • Prospect for new accounts
  • Help maintain our CRM database
  • Provide ideas or input during meetings

Required skills:

  • Knowledgeable with the entire sales process
  • Comfortable and professional on the phone
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experienced with Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Willing to rapidly grow your product and industry knowledge
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to self-manage and handle multiple detailed sales tasks


  • 40k base + competitive commission
