Inside Sales Representative –

Action Training Systems is looking for an experienced inside sales representative with a proven track record, with an emphasis on outbound calls to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated inside sales representative to sell industry leading multimedia training for emergency responders.

Duties:

  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to closing
  • Work and consult with existing accounts in our extensive database
  • Work leads provided through our marketing efforts
  • Prospect for new accounts
  • Help maintain our CRM database
  • Provide ideas or input during meetings

Required skills:

  • Knowledgeable with the entire sales process
  • Comfortable and professional on the phone
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experienced with Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Willing to rapidly grow your product and industry knowledge
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to self-manage and handle multiple detailed sales tasks
